We currently do not ship to U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO). We apologize for any inconvenience.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days within the United States.
Delivery times may be slightly delayed during:
- Peak seasons
- Holidays
- Unexpected carrier delays
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, LA Cleaners & Tailor only ships within the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Yes, orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them.
After this timeframe, orders may already be processed or shipped and cancellation may not be possible.

Can I return or request a refund for my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

What is the return policy timeframe?
Our return policy is valid for 30 days after delivery.
After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted and returns or refunds will not be available.

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
